Cancellation Policy
By renting a kayak from NM-NWA, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk I understand that kayaking involves risks including, but not limited to, injury, drowning, and damage to personal property. I accept full responsibility for my safety and actions while on or near the water. Release of Liability NM-NWA and its representatives are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during my rental. I participate at my own risk. Equipment Responsibility I agree to return the kayak and all included gear in good condition. I understand that a $300 fee will be charged for any lost or significantly damaged kayak. Fitness to Participate I affirm that I am physically capable of kayaking and know how to swim. By signing below, I confirm I have read and understood this waiver, and I agree to all terms.
